and independent affiliate company of Prudentialife Plans, Inc. (PLPI).
PHI has its own set of stockholders and board of directors.
PHI has complied with the requirements of DOH and was
issued a license to operate as a Health Maintenance Organization.
The recent SEC decision on the pre-need industry is isolated to PLPI.
The trust fund of PHI is also different and separate from that of PLPI.
