Regular Group Plan: Requirements

There should be an employer-employee relationship.
Employees to be covered must be PHILHEALTH members.
For Baby Group, Members should be of Standard Occupation.
Employer must have participation in the payment of membership fees. For Baby Groups, the minimum contributory rate from the employer is 50% of membership fees
Participation Requirement:

a. Whether Contributory or Non-Contributory - 100% of eligible employee must enroll
