WAIVER
OF INSTALLMENT DUE TO DISABILITY
- if the MEMBER becomes totally and permanently
disabled during the paying period and
before his 60th birthday, and such disability
continues for at least six (6) months,
PRUDENTIALIFECARE shall waive the payment
for each installment becoming due during
the period of disability. However, pending
approval of the claim, installments should
be paid as they fall due, subject to refund
approval.
